Challenging your score

Scores are never hand-adjusted by our team. When you dispute a score, you're flagging an input problem: your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you that aren't yours, or our summary of what reviewers wrote misrepresents their actual comments. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a way to ask for a higher number; it's a way to report that the data driving the score is incorrect.

Requesting removal

Your listing is removed if your business has permanently closed, if it's a duplicate entry, or if it falls outside the scope of this directory. Our system also re-verifies every listing each month and automatically removes businesses that have closed. You can request removal at any time, but a listing that is accurate and in scope may be declined; if so, we'll explain why plainly.
