Correcting business information

Fields like your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and service descriptions can be updated. Send us the correct information along with proof we can check against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify it, the correction goes into your listing and stays there even when we refresh the directory data in future months.

Disputing your score

Scores are never manually adjusted. When you dispute a score, you are claiming something is wrong with the data behind it. That might mean your listing got matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or our summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. We will re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing if the data is wrong. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed when the business is permanently closed, appears twice, or does not belong in this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing built from public information will usually stay up, and if we decline your request we will tell you directly rather than leave it unanswered.
