Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Mixed results across a small review set. One recent complaint flags premature peeling and cracking on rebuilt wood columns and paint chips elsewhere, with the owner reportedly unresponsive to repair requests. An older five-star review praised professional execution. Limited evidence overall; current trend is concerning.
Wagner's team consistently delivers fast, detail-focused work across painting, flooring, and renovations. Reviewers praise punctuality, professionalism, and competitive pricing; one flooring job fell short with rushed installation and poor follow-up on complaints.
Reviewers consistently praise the crew's professionalism, speed, and communication. Work is completed on time and budget, cleanup is thorough, and staff explain details clearly. Specific crew members Diego, Nello, Chris, Steve, and Edward are named and commended repeatedly for expertise and attentiveness. One reviewer mentioned ice dam removal and emergency response. Another highlights complex custom work including skylights and interior reframing. The business handles full roof replacement, gutters, flashing, chimney work, and exterior painting. Insurance claim navigation receives particular praise. Multiple reviewers note they've returned for repeat jobs or refer others. The team's respectful approach to properties, use of magnets for nail cleanup, and same-day completions on some projects set them apart.
