What do customers say?

Larry's CertaPro team consistently delivers fast, polished finishes on both interiors and exteriors, backed by Sherwin-Williams paint and strong prep work. Most jobs wrap cleanly with minimal site impact, though a few reviewers dealt with paint splatter on hardware or slow communication from the office; management typically resolves concerns when flagged.

The crew handles specialty work-old homes, barns, schoolhouses, efflorescence removal, brick-without hesitation. Named staff (Larry, Oscar, George, MaryLou, and crew members Omar and Jose) show up on schedule, manage their own cleanup, and the owner or lead painter attends final walkthroughs on request. Pricing is described as competitive and fair, though workmanship consistency depends partly on active customer oversight during the job.

Nixon and his crew deliver reliable work across carpentry, painting, and door/window repair with strong attention to detail and speed. Most jobs wrap in a day or less, staff clean as they go, and pricing stays fair. One reviewer waited weeks for follow-up on a dutch door project after repeated texts and calls, a stark contrast to the overwhelming praise for responsiveness. That outlier aside, the experience is consistent: punctual arrival, transparent communication during the job itself, and willingness to tackle multi-trade projects that other contractors won't touch.

All three reviews are one or two stars and describe serious issues: incomplete work, poor quality with paint splatters and runs, mismatched materials installed without acknowledgment of error, and financial disputes including attempted check cashing after a stop payment was placed. Evidence is limited but uniformly negative across multiple years.
