Rene and his team earn consistent five-star praise for interior and exterior work across residential and commercial projects. Reviewers repeatedly note their professionalism, precision, clear communication, and daily cleanup. Long-term customers and a 108-year-old property management firm cite fair pricing and a habit of spotting and fixing issues (rotted wood, cracked siding, blocked gutters) without being asked.
Strong track record on cabinet refinishing, where Fernando and his team deliver finished kitchens ahead of schedule with clean work and reasonable pricing. Two problematic jobs stand out: a tub reglaze that failed within months and a dispute over aftercare responsibilities, plus one documented no-show.
All 18 reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently highlight Fabiano and his crew for arriving on schedule, delivering work faster than promised, and charging fair prices without cutting corners. Jobs span house interiors, cabinets, exteriors including salt-water-exposed homes, commercial gym work, and large two-building projects, with recurring praise for precision trim work, clean-up, and willingness to scope extras at no charge.
Reviewer gave a brief 4-star rating with minimal detail. Evidence is too limited to draw firm conclusions about this business's interior painting work.
