What do customers say?
Mixed outcomes across recent projects: some jobs executed well with fast scheduling and clear daily updates, but serious concerns exist around customer trust. A documented case of missing personal items during a job, admitted by the owner's household, plus a missed estimate appointment with poor follow-up, suggest inconsistency in operational reliability.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
