Nearly all reviewers praise Matt for thorough, detail-focused work and fair rates. He shows up on time, cleans daily, and communicates throughout projects. Two older complaints mention a job abandoned mid-way and deposit withheld, plus poor follow-up, but these stand alone against 17 five-star reviews praising reliability and craftsmanship.
