Most jobs run smoothly from quote through completion. Bob Brown and his crew respond quickly, explain work clearly without pressure, and leave properties clean daily. Site supervisors like Bob Mateusiak keep owners informed through each phase. Roofing, siding, and gutter work consistently earn praise for precision and speed. One serious complaint: during a neighbor's siding job, the crew entered the reviewer's property without permission, removed fencing without notice, left debris, and initially dismissed the concerns. This stands apart from dozens of five-star reviews praising professionalism and respect for property.
