What do customers say?

Guests consistently praise the welcoming atmosphere and staff warmth. Instructors like Casey, Trevor, Gabby, and Grace earn repeat mentions for patience and making beginners feel at ease. Owner Nicole is noted for hands-on involvement in events. Two concerns surface: one instructor lacked guidance on alternative mediums like wooden trays, and a refund dispute over a no-show birthday party spot that was resold.

The venue handles team building, private parties, and casual drop-ins across South End Stamford and Harbor Point. Strong word-of-mouth for Paint and Sip events, black light classes, and kids' birthday parties. Most guests leave with completed artwork and plan to return.
