Reviewers highlight Emerson's same-day responsiveness, thorough surface prep, and willingness to handle last-minute changes without extra charges. One repeat customer recalled hiring them years ago for wall patching and stair rail installation, then returning for deck repair, citing their meticulous blending and reasonable prices. The team's hallmark is brush application over spray, which reviewers say takes longer but yields superior quality and finish. A customer impressed by their crown molding installation praised their professionalism and meticulous attention. Another noted power washing, deck sanding and staining, shed roofing, and furniture repairs all handled in one project, with crew politeness and clean job sites remarked on throughout.
Steve Zeisler's Painting has built a strong reputation over more than three decades for exterior and interior work in Fairfield County. Most reviewers praise responsive service, professional crews who show up daily, thorough preparation, and fair pricing. However, older reviews surface concerns about inconsistent worker quality and a serious incident involving roof damage and sanding gouges that led to a lien dispute; these issues appear concentrated in past years but warrant awareness before hiring.
