All six reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise Todd and his crew for professionalism, quality work on both interior and exterior projects, cleanliness during the job, and respect for the home. They note the team works well around homeowner schedules.
Rob and his team earn strong marks for managing large renovation projects end-to-end, with reviewers consistently citing professional execution, clear timelines, and attention to detail. Staff communicate openly about unexpected issues and deliver clean finishes. However, two complaints center on lack of written contracts and retail product quality, suggesting caution when work scope is not formally agreed. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are frequent highlights, often completed faster than expected despite complex structural work. Pricing is called competitive, and the business offers after-care support. West Haven customers particularly praise Rob's knowledge and responsive approach to job-site surprises.
