What do customers say?
SMT left paint and ceiling work that looked good but created major cleanup problems: dust and debris on furniture and rugs, mud on fixtures, paint on railings, damaged ceiling fan, and an unmentioned drywall cut into insulation. Better upfront communication about remaining work would have prevented costly rework.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
