Best painters in Middletown

★★★★★5 (26 reviews)score 85/100

A perfect 5.0 across 26 Google reviews, with every recent reviewer giving five stars and no complaints on record. Feedback centers on fair pricing, early or on-time finishes, and a crew homeowners trusted even when they were not home. High confidence in the score.

• Shea named as a standout contact who listens and follows through
• Fast turnaround, often ahead of schedule
• Licensed, insured and EPA Lead-Safe Certified
• Detail-oriented work on interiors and garages

Watch out: Review feedback leans toward interior and garage work, so ask about exterior experience.

Services: exterior painting, interior painting, commercial painting, cabinet refinishing

★★★★★4.8 (98 reviews)score 82/100

4.8 from 98 reviews, the largest review base here, so the score is well supported. Crews get repeat praise for speed, clean work (shoes off inside) and quick text replies from the owners. Exterior jobs include carpentry repairs.

• Crew members Cory, Kevin and Darwin named repeatedly
• Thorough cleanup and careful finishing
• Clear owner communication before and after the job
• Carpentry repairs included on exterior work

Watch out: One reviewer waited three weeks with no contact after an estimate visit, so follow up if you do not hear back.

Services: interior painting, pressure washing, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing

★★★★☆4.3 (23 reviews)score 70/100

4.3 from 23 reviews, with a split record. Older reviews praise detail work, quick turnarounds and fair cabinet pricing, but recent one-star reviews describe abandoned jobs and ignored calls. Confidence is low, so treat the score as uncertain.

• Older reviews praise detail and meeting schedules
• Cabinet refinishing liked when completed
• Crew willing to go beyond scope
• Responsive early in the process

Watch out: Recent reviews report ghosting after deposits, poor prep, overspray and unfinished work. Get scope and payment milestones in writing.

★★★★★5 (2 reviews)score 59/100

A 5.0, but from only 2 reviews, so confidence is low and the score is mainly a sign of promise. The reviews describe two bedrooms painted with popcorn ceiling removal, finished on schedule and with quick replies.

• Popcorn ceiling removal
• Responsive to customer schedules

Watch out: Very few reviews, and none recent, so there is little track record to check.

Services: cabinet refinishing, interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting

score 25/100

No Google reviews yet, so there is no rating or sentiment to base a recommendation on. It makes the list on profile completeness alone, and the low score reflects the missing track record, not a known problem.

• Fairly complete business profile
• No negative reviews on record

Watch out: Zero reviews. Ask for references and photos of past work before hiring.

Services: interior painting, commercial painting

score 21/100

No reviews and a thinner profile than the others, so the score is low and confidence is low. Nothing in the data points to problems, but there is nothing to confirm quality either.

• No negative reviews on record
• Local Middletown listing

Watch out: Zero reviews and limited profile detail. Verify references, insurance and past work yourself.
