HIRA | Roofing & Remodeling
Frank and his HIRA crew handle roofing, gutters, and repairs with consistent professionalism. Reviewers consistently report fast turnaround, daily photo updates, thorough explanations of the work, and cleanup done by day's end. The owner personally follows up on projects, manages expectations honestly, and often solves problems beyond the original scope-helping with tree removal contacts, emergency water damage, mold treatment, and post-project touch-ups. Across 70 five-star reviews, the repeated theme is that Frank treats customers like family rather than transactions. Pricing appears fair for the quality delivered; one reviewer noted "affordable price," another got a quote matching their estimate exactly. Most jobs (roof replacement, gutters, storm repairs) complete in one to three days. The service area spans eight towns in northwest Connecticut. No complaints appear in the review record.
