Best painters for commercial properties in Hartford

★★★★★5 (115 reviews)score 92/100

Raupp's name says it does residential and commercial work, and its 5.0 rating across 115 reviews is the deepest evidence on this list. Reviewers describe owner-present oversight, daily cleanup and photo updates, which matter when a property stays occupied during the job. Most reviews come from homeowners and renovation contractors, so commercial-specific proof is lighter than the volume suggests.

• Owners Rodrigo and Juan stay visible on site
• Daily progress photos and text updates
• Lead-safe certified, useful for older buildings
• Handles structural and carpentry problems without delay

Watch out: Review praise leans residential, so ask for commercial references.

MM Pro holds a 5.0 across 78 reviews with no one- or two-star ratings. Its prep (power washing, scraping, sanding, priming) and Sherwin Williams materials suit storefronts and building exteriors that need to last. Supervisory walk-throughs at the end help a property manager sign off with confidence.

• Thorough prep including pressure washing and priming
• Punctual, quick to schedule, efficient turnaround
• Supervisory walk-through after completion
• Also does carpentry and water damage repair

Watch out: One reviewer noted it is not the cheapest option.

McNally's mixes painting, carpentry and emergency repairs, and reviewers say Steve McNally treats commercial and residential projects with equal care. Some clients have stayed 25 to 30 years, which suits landlords and managers wanting one ongoing contact. Confidence is medium, with 70 reviews at 5.0.

• Licensed and insured
• Handles emergency repairs as well as scheduled painting
• Long-term repeat clients
• Clear pricing and communication, on budget and on time

Watch out: Much of the described work is renovation and residential, so confirm capacity for large commercial repaints.

Lazarus pairs painting with apartment deep cleans, door repairs and bathroom remodeling, which fits unit turnovers and small commercial spaces in Hartford. All 19 reviews it is credited with are five-star, praising sharp edges, tidy cleanup and flexibility on scope. The sample is only 20 reviews, so treat it as promising but less proven.

• Paint and cleaning handled by one crew
• Bilingual communication with James
• Consistently on time and clean
• Adjusts scope on the fly

Watch out: Smaller review base than the top picks.

This is a specialist, not a general commercial painting contractor. Micaela's murals appear in Hartford, Bridgeport, Hamden, Manchester and Bradley Airport, which suggests she can handle large public and private commissions. Confidence is low: 15 reviews, and recent activity is weak.

• Detailed, vibrant mural designs
• Collaborates closely on vision and feedback
• Has delivered large public and private projects
• Professional and patient with revisions

Watch out: Murals only. Look elsewhere for standard interior or exterior repaints.
