Most reviewers praise the floors ES Hardwood delivers and Santana's initial responsiveness. Jobs often finish on tight timelines with courteous, neat crews. Paint and cabinet work also earns strong marks from those who book follow-up services. However, a pattern of deposit disputes and communication breakdowns emerges. Some customers report he cancelled or delayed repeatedly, refused refunds when work didn't start, and upcharged significantly. One reviewer experienced sanding marks, gaps between boards, poor stain application, and early peeling. Communication slows markedly once work is underway.
