General Painting and Decorating
Most customers experience a well-organized, responsive team that handles color choices thoughtfully and finishes on time. Renato, Junior, Roger, and named crew members (Tomas, Bill, Dominic) consistently earn praise for professionalism and care. However, two long-standing complaints raise concerns: one customer fought for over two years to resolve paint bubbling and property damage (window frames, deck stain overspray, lawn damage) with no resolution; another was called off a scheduled consultation at 8:45 AM the morning of the appointment. These incidents suggest occasional service gaps in follow-up and scheduling accountability, despite the company's strong day-to-day reputation. The business offers a full menu of exterior and interior work, from trim and fascia to deck repair and power washing. Their website claims free color consultation, power wash, and gutter cleaning with exterior jobs. Pricing for exterior painting runs $4,500–$14,500 according to their published range. Licensed and bonded in Connecticut since 2003, they serve Bethel, Danbury, Ridgefield, Greenwich, Westport, Stamford, Westchester, and Ansonia.
